Obituary for Sue Katherine O'Bryan (Frederick)

Susie Katherine (Frederick) O’Bryan, 97, of Washington, IN passed away February 17, 2017 in Washington. Born March 3, 1919 in Montgomery, IN, she was the daughter of the late Frank M. and Margaret Luellen (Gardner) Frederick. She was a 1937 graduate of Montgomery High School, and a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.
She married Thomas Leroy O’Bryan on May 1, 1943. He preceded her in death on October 22, 2008. Sue retired from the Daviess County Welfare Department.
She is survived by two daughters, Karen (Dexter) Stuffle, and Susan (Dan) LaParl; a son, Michael J. O’Bryan, a brother, Donald Frederick; a sister, Mary Fagg; Eight Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a Grand son, John O’Bryan, a Great Grandson, Kyle O’Bryan, a son, Thomas F. O’Bryan; sisters, Garnetta Roach, Nellie Palmer, Julia Davis, Betty Wick, and Dorothy May, and a brother, Edward Frederick. A celebration of Life, and Committal services will be at a later date.
